Connections Mini-Grant Request for Proposals
If Connections has inspired you to tackle a project to create change at your school, we want to help.
Tell us about your plan and we could provide up to $200 and a mentor to get you started.
Guidelines
- Team needs to have at least 3 people (including the Team Leader) who have completed Connections 101 (from any cohort)
- The Team Leader can be one or two people who will serve as the primary point of contact for communication about the project
- The end date for the project should be included in the plan (#6) and must be completed no later than May 24, 2024.
- Maximum grant amount is $200 and we hope to fund 3 mini-grants during this round.
- We will check in with the Team Leader during the funding period for an informal update on progress
- Within one month of completing the project, the Team Leader must submit a final summary of the project (e.g., if the project is completed April 30, the summary is due May 30). The summary should include:
- What you learned, including tips for others who might want to try the project
- What challenges you encountered
- Outcomes of the project (even if they aren’t what you expected)
- Any evidence may you have that the project helped solved the problem you were trying to address
- An accounting of how the money was spent
- Submit your application using the form below by June 23, 2023
